The District's rural locales ... King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford Counties have many horses. Sometimes horses are lucky enough to be pastured on a  lush green pasture, but most often such a backdrop isn’t a reality for many. Most horse pastures are far less than lush. Establishing and maintaining productive pastures isn’t a difficult process. By following a few simple steps, most pastures can become lush, green, and quite productive.
