Scholarship Opportunity ...Conservation education is more important now than ever before! With increased numbers of Americans living in smaller and smaller areas, environmental issues become intensified. The best way to address these issues is to educate ourselves and our children. Education, however, is expensive and often prohibitive. We'd like to be able to help a bit with that. The Virginia Association of Conservation Districts is offering $1000 scholarships to four Virginia students entering college this fall and focusing in a conservation area.
